Our mission is to find the perfect home for every company and we’ve built an online platform to help businesses rent, manage and share office space in London. We are growing rapidly and are looking to hire a People Operations specialist to lead our HR function.


The primary focus of the role is to build, manage and improve our HR function from the ground up in order to support the growth of our business and the team, and ultimately make sure Hubble remains a great place to work. . You will also be responsible for coordinating our recruitment process across both commercial and technical hires.

About you:

  • Previous HR generalist experience with at least 1 years’ experience as a People Business Partner/ People Ops role
  • Experience of coordinating in-house recruitment process and managing recruitment supplier relationships/PSL;
  • A strong communicator and someone excited by the challenge of establishing process in a creative way without stifling the flair and innovation that has been at the heart of the companys success so farIdeally candidates will be CIPD qualified;
  • Experience of delivering relationship led HR in a small, fast growing business (ideally a technology start-up/SME).
  • Strong attention to detail and desire for efficiency.
