We’re looking for an eager PHP developer to join a growing startup team, whether youre just starting out or are an experienced lead engineer. Working alongside our CTO and a range of developers with varied backgrounds and experience levels, you’ll be involved in all stages of the development process as we build and scale a number of new products. We’re looking for someone with a passion for programming and for writing beautiful code.

• Write clean, maintainable and efficient code
• Design robust, scalable and secure APIs
• Contribute in all phases of the platform development lifecycle
• Follow best practices (TDD, CI, peer reviews, pair programming, Kanban)
• Drive continuous adoption and integration of relevant new technologies into design

• Commercial experience with PHP and SQL databases.
• A good understanding of object-oriented design principles and patterns.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A strong desire to learn and develop your career.
• Experience or knowledge of any of the following is advantageous but not required:
  • Symfony 2/3/4, Zend 2, Laravel or a similar modern PHP framework.
  • Amazon Web Services or another cloud platform.
  • RESTful API design.
  • Security compliance such as PCI-DSS.
