Cabify is a well funded, fast-growing private transport app and service operating in over 10 countries across Europe and Latin America. With the help of our drivers we've improved transportation options across more than 30 cities and we're only getting started. Our Product team is based in Madrid and includes a rock star group of Ruby, Go, Elixir, iOS, Rubymotion, Android, Javascript engineers, talented product manager and product designers. We have a solid set of products and big plans for improvement and new products to come. We're looking for a Product Analyst / Business Intelligence Analyst to help drive the understanding, growth and success of the product. The right candidate will have a background in data analysis / business intelligence as well as experience with web analytics. A background of BI and digital / acquisition marketing would be ideal. You'll need to:

  • Use data to inform and influence the direction of the product team roadmaps and inform business decisions
  • Partner with product managers to define goals and identify key metrics for existing features and new releases
  • Design tests and experiments for our products
  • Improve our understanding of patterns/trends in user behavior and find new opportunities
  • Manage and help build dashboards to drive awareness and understanding of key metrics
  • Assist our performance marketing team to ensure key areas are being tracked effectively


  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent experience
  • >3 years of analytics and database experience
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Proficiency with various analytics / data tools (Mixpanel, Google analytics, Tableau)
  • Data visualization skills and experience creating dashboards
  • Pro-active - Ability to identify areas for improvement and act without direction
  • Bonus: html/css/js chops
