Lodgify has something to tell you! We are looking for a skilled Product Designer, who is a visual thinker and motivated by taking the ownership of our product design process.

If you haven’t heard about us yet, Lodgify is a fast-growing startup empowering vacation rental owners and property managers to create a professional website and grow direct bookings, free from commissions. We are an international team of more than 70 people and 25 different nationalities and we’ve been featured twice in Wireds 100 Hottest European startups list.

What you’ll be doing:

• Own the end-to-end design process, from research to the UI design
• Communicate, adopt and embrace design thinking throughout the company
• Drive usability testing to better understand our users problems and propose design solutions
• Maintain and improve our component library in Sketch Cloud and Abstract
• Influence product specifications and execute design work with a high level of detail
• Generate comprehensive information architecture, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes
• Know how to showcase your work effectively, and communicate design decisions to stakeholders
• Work with a cross-functional team, product managers and developers and bridge the gap between teams
• Grow design practices to deliver a unified product, from concept to implementation

• A minimum of 5 years experience in a Product Design role owning the end-to-end design process
• Excellent English, both written and spoken
• Proficient in Sketch, Zeplin and Marvel
• Knowledge of information architecture, user journey, user flows, prototyping and motion design
• User-centric approach, confident carrying out user research to back up design proposals
• Able to connect design decisions to the desired business goals and outcomes
• Hands-on and proactive attitude
