We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a strong strategic mindset, excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. You will lead cross-functional squads throughout the organisation to strive towards successful launches of new features and continuous improvements to existing features. You will cover the intersection between business, technology and user experience, discovering and delivering product features that solve real problems for colleagues, lenders and consumers.
Our product is a credit insight engine that uses first-party data to make credit fairer for consumers, and more valuable to lenders. Weve organised our product development into four cross-functional teams (which we call squads):
Application — responsible for Aires applications that facilitate collection of first-party data, and delivery of insights through interfaces and integrations.
Platform — maintaining and improving a secure, reliable and efficient platform on which to run Aires applications, and improving the road to production.
Insights — developing insights for different partner use cases.
Discovery — turning cross-cutting product unknowns into knowns.
You will be responsible for, and play the Product Owner role in, the Application and Platform squads.
