Role purpose

We are looking for a bright, inquisitive self-starter who is interested in helping to build a cutting-edge marketplace health tech product in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.

Reporting to our Senior Product Manager you’ll be given the support you need to lead a squad of developers and designers, where, working alongside the Operations and Sales team, you’ll help build the next generation of health-tech products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the business and your squad to identify business problems, methodically break them down and create tech-led solutions
  • Lead a squad of developers and designers to help deliver the squad’s contributions towards the overall product roadmap, using a mix of project management and problem-solving skills
  • Work with Product colleagues to formulate and articulate the Product vision and roadmap
  • Track and report status and progress to senior team, clearly spelling out blockers or issues
  • Design and participate in user testing, A/B testing and QA / testing of squad features
  • Communicate with users via in-app interactions and email communications

While Product Management experience is by no means essential, we are looking for someone who can demonstrate the following attributes:

  • A passion for digital products
  • A strong interest in, or experience of working in, one or more of the following: UI/UX design, user research, coding, analytics, project management, healthcare, consulting
  • An understanding of Agile practices and processes
  • Good interpersonal skills, organised, with the ability to thrive under pressure
  • Great attention to detail, able to separate the signal from the noise, make a succinct point and extrapolate consequences of functional decisions
  • Comfortable identifying suitable data points and analysis approaches to measure feature success
  • Can demonstrate leadership and decision-making in order to prioritise value over velocity
