As a member of our team, your job will be to uncover every little detail about needs, wishes, and emotions of the best product minds out there and lead discovery and development of a product that will challenge the whole industry. Ideally you are a master of the following:

• Customer discovery - you are sharp, curious, know how to really listen and you have strong empathy. You nail problem interviews, and you go the extra WHY.
• Product Management best practices - you are familiar with strategic and prioritization frameworks, metrics, go-to-market tactics, pricing approaches.
• Interaction design for highly complex applications - You can comprehend and visualize complex use cases and turn them into coherent and simple workflows. The more you know about UX and the more you love design the better.
• Communication - You are an excellent communicator, you speak, write and present clearly, succinctly and with positive energy.

Our team is distributed between San Francisco/Oakland and Prague. Occasional travel between our offices will be needed and so will be your participation on meetups and conferences.

You will be interacting with our audience of highly engaged and active product experts, from new PMs who will need your help to highly experienced Chief Product Officers. You will learn literally everything there is to know about product leadership, you will grow, and you will share your expertise with other enthusiastic and like-minded product people.
