The project
Our latest product within healthcare IT is the citizen record Columna Cura, which is the web and app solution of the future for the field of healthcare and social care. Columna Cura is currently operational and has already been purchased by more than 30 Danish municipalities. You will have the opportunity to make a difference to the users of Columna Cura by making your mark on the finished solution, which will ultimately be further developed for the web, Android and iOS. The solution is based on the HL7 FHIR standard and an open API for third party ecosystem integrations.
You will be part of an agile and self-motivated project team with over 100 skilled colleagues in total, where you will have responsibility for a broad range of tasks. All teams are full stack, and work together supporting development and support on web, Android and IOS.
The project is organized in scrum teams each consisting of 5-7 developers, tester, Scrum Master and Product Owner. Some teams are co-located with team members working in Aarhus, and some have base in the office in Bucharest.
We are currently building a large development group in our office in Bucharest. You will play a key role in supporting processes and culture in the new teams, in strong cooperation with the management group working both in Bucharest and Aarhus, DK.
As a Product Owner you have a passion to make a difference by providing our customers with solutions that make a difference. Your role is about bridging the wishes from Product Management and the customer with the development team. You will participate in workshops with Product Management and the customers where you take part in defining the solution to be developed. You will participate in defining the exact requirements and the acceptance criteria for new functionalities and communicating them to the team.
Your responsibility in the team is make sure the team backlog is in a state where the team can work efficient with the items in the backlog. Once the team has finished work it is your responsibility to approve the work based on the acceptance criteria you have been involved in defining. During sprint-execution you will also be prioritizing teamwork based on your knowledge of project priorities in general and you knowledge of the teams situation.
Furthermore you will be the go-to point for the team for work clarification based on your knowledge of Product Management and the customer. To succeed with that you are good at working across the organization in Romania and Denmark which may include Product Management, Project Management or Product Owners from the other teams.
Once the team has completed the work, it will be your responsibility to demonstrate the work for the customer and other stakeholders. The development team consist of developers and testers and is managed by a Project Manager. You will work together with people in different geographic locations, therefore you must possess good communication skills. The corporate language is English.
The perfect candidate will have experience working both as a clinician and as an IT-professional.

Expect visits to the Danish Office 1-2 times a year, based on specific needs. In relation to start up a longer visit in Denmark is expected. Duration is approximately of 2 months.
