Responsibilities:
Full recruitment cycle for WG Mobile Germany
Working closely with stakeholders to develop job profiles including compensation mapping, case studies, optimize recruiting process
Coordinate/drive recruitment for WG Mobile in other locations; be PoC with the Global Talent Acquisition team
Regular knowledge exchange with the Global Talent Acquisition team and local recruiters
Work on recruitment-related projects (applicant experience, employer branding, development of structured interviews etc.)
Report to the Sr HR Manager, work together with HR generalist

Your profile:
3-4 years experience in recruiting for tech and non-tech roles
Experience working in a dynamic, fast-changing environment, ideally in digital/gaming industry
Experience hiring for different seniority levels (from interns to directors)
Experience working with one of the popular ATS (Jobvite, Lever, Greenhouse etc.)
Willingness to work on recruitment-related projects (applicant experience, employer branding etc.)
Positive attitude and great communications skills
Fluent English, written and spoken, German is a plus
