Crisalix, the leading 3D and 4D Augmented & Virtual Reality platform for plastic surgery is looking for a record-breaking Sales Director!

Key responsibilities:

  • Boost up revenue growth and over achieve sales targets by managing, leading by example our existing in the field and remote sales team (worldwide distributed) as well as recruit, train and manage to mastery the new sales talents
  • Leading and growing our partners and distributors sales business
  • Constantly optimize scalable processes, set high targets, implement and track sales KPIs to drive continuous improvement and success of the sales team and partners in a cost-efficient way
  • Collaborate with the C-level team to define, innovate and optimize sales strategies and programs to foster customer engagement and secure continuous expansion and profitability
  • Accurately forecasting future sales and revenue numbers, and timely forming sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace
  • Reporting to CEO/founders
  • Travel up to 50-60% of the time

Your background:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • 5+ years of award-winning experience in a senior leadership role managing, coaching and leading by example international sales teams within a game-changing solution technology based on need creation ( Med-tech industry would be ideal)
  • Minimum 4 years of overachieving field and remote sales experience, targets record-breaker in conceptual sales/services based environment
  • Previous experience in community industry a must / within the aesthetic/cosmetic field significant plus
  • Excellency in identifying and attracting talented salespeople, as well as hire and onboard them to nurture a high-performance sales force
  • Proven expertise in strategic planning and execution, managing process and accurately predict future sales volumes
  • Adequate technical understanding to well represent our technology to prospective clients
  • Start-up/entrepreneur experience and mindset
  • Proficient in English (both spoken and written) is a must
  • A valid drivers license
