  • We are looking for passionate and results-oriented Sales Executives for our business in Germany, Austria and Switzerland
  • Conquer a traditional and analog multi-billion Euro market with our truly innovative and digital Buyer Financing solution - Customers simply love MODIFI!
  • Create a great first impression to our prospective customers by inspiring them to learn how MODIFI can grow and benefit their business
  • Drive short sales cycles and close deals - the Founders are there to help you with their C-Level access and extensive network
  • Build a super strong direct sales funnel to make MODIFI the leader in Trade Finance for SMEs in the DACH region
  • Help develop powerful indirect sales channels (such as b2b procurement platforms, freight carriers, logistics players) to create a powerful ecosystem for our customers and partners and drive incremental growth
  • Maximize customer relationships through proactive account management, working with customers to define, iterate and enable new initiatives and products
  • Be the voice of the customer and engage with our Product team to drive product improvements
  • A positive, hungry and persuasive personality: We’re looking for someone determined and able to grow and win!
  • Passion for small and medium-sized businesses, international trade and development and how digital trade finance can create significant growth for such businesses
  • Prior experience in Sales (including direct Sales) or Business Development, preferably in a startup, technology and/or high-growth business. Background in FinTech and b2b businesses is a big plus
  • Ability to influence C-Level executives as well as passionate owners of small and medium-sized businesses
  • Clear written and verbal communication and presentation skills for calls and meetings
  • Strong relationship building skills coupled with the ability to develop consensus
  • Ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams and departments
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • A BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • As you will be working with businesses in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, fluent spoken and written German is a must. Confidence to work in English as our company language is English.
