Your Mission
To expand our unique position in the mobile shopping market, we are looking for a Scrum Master (w/f) at the earliest possible date for our office in the inner city of Frankfurt am Main in the Castle of Butzbach . You are responsible for the Scrum process and assist the team to keep productivity on a high level.
Your Daily Business
- Team coaching, development and support
- Continuous improvement with the principle of “inspect & adapt”
- Identification and removal of impediments and waste
- Create reports and communicate them to the team
- Build a transparent environment
- Communication with other scrum masters, product owners and team leads
- Organization and realisation of all scrum ceremonies
- Train the team in agile methodologies
This Should Be Helpful
- At least one representable experience as a Scrum Master in a project or company
- University/FH Bachelor/Master degree in computer science, information management or a comparable subject or other technical qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of JIRA/Confluence, Scrum and Kanban
- Agile Mindset and analytical thinking with a structured procedure
- Superior problem solving skills and high quality consciousness
- Passion for startup industry and new technologies
- Professional English skills, German is optional
