Wanna join a Sales team of A-players that work on revolutionizing the HR sector? Clustree is looking for a Senior Account Executive whose main mission will be to convince French most important companies to use our product. You will work directly under the responsibility of our Sales Director.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO IN THIS ROLE:

  • Develop & execute a sales plan within the defined territory with a target prospect & customer list
  • Prospect qualification, development and execution of new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams
  • Tailor the Clustree value proposition to prospects based on in-depth research of specific business conditions and drivers
  • Pipeline management, sales process management including effective forecasting and opportunity closure.
  • Ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and drive additional revenue streams
  • Build and maintaining relationships with key executives and decision makers

Clustree values passionate and cross-functional people who have the obsession to build a disruptive product and to constantly go further to be as best as they can. In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who:

  • has at least 5 years of experience in a similar position from SaaS enterprises companies with a proven track-record of over-achieving quota in selling business applications and complex solution
  • is intense, strong disciplined, self-motivated - to execute well in a very dynamic & fast-paced environment
  • is passionate about Customer success - active teaming with the team
  • is able to negotiate commercial contracts and maintain competitive pricing
  • has proven commercial success in working with executives, VP and ‘C’ level
  • has the ability and proven experience with complex solution selling, strategic thinking and complex decision making
  • background in HRIS, Talent Management, tools and practices would be a plus
  • fluent French and business English Languages
