Our EMEA team, based in Munich and London, represents the second largest unit for AppDirect and has been one of the fastest growing regions since our first local team member joined in 2012. We are taking over the world one business lead at a time, finding ways to partner with major companies like Vodafone, IBM, BT, SoftBank, AT&T, Deutsche Telekom, Telia, Comcast, Apple, Google, Microsoft and many more.

What you'll do and how you'll make an impact:

  • As a member of our global sales team, you will be responsible for supporting the growth of AppDirects cloud service distribution platform across the EMEA region. You will work independently to identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities, delivering an unparalleled level of service to potential partners. Your focus will be to help AppDirect achieve its goal of revolutionizing the software industry.
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit and bring sales experience and knowledge of the cloud platform and software industry. You have a reputation for integrity and accountability, and are a strong team player with experience in channel, consulting, and/or direct sales engaging with Fortune 500 enterprises/multi million dollar deals.
  • Engage, qualify and close new marketplace opportunities within your region
  • Establish and expand existing marketplace customers, driving new business opportunities across new product lines
  • Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure customers achieve marketplace goals.
  • Be data driven, thoughtful and organized to create strategies to win, this includes but not limited to account planning, executive mapping, salesforce.com
  • Represent AppDirect in all customer facing engagements, traveling to customers locations as required.

What you'll need:

  • University degree in either business, technology or marketing, MBA preferred
  • 5-10 years of full sales cycle experience, ideally selling software or technology platforms
  • Solid experience in selling large multi million dollar technology solutions into Fortune 1000 enterprises
  • B2B, Enterprise sales experience is required
  • Track record of exceeding sales goals
  • Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management, Salesforce preferred
