At Zava we treat thousands of people across Europe who feel let down by the ‘old’ way of doing healthcare - phone calls, paper prescriptions, bureaucracy, waiting and worrying.

We’ve built an online medical platform that connects patients with doctors, pharmacies and test laboratories - providing safe, efficient and non-judgemental care to over 2 million patients in 6 countries and counting.

But this is just the beginning: we are looking for a Senior Analyst DACH who will help us improve our offering even further for our patients and stay Europe’s leading online doctor service.

You will go deep into analysing market developments and competitors. You will understand our customers. You will explore market opportunities, make the case for them, and work cross-functionally to implement them. Your work will be crucial in allowing us to help even more patients.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• You’ll keep up with our competition, existing and new, by researching them regularly
• You’ll gather and analyze information on market developments
• You’ll utilise customer, competitor insight and partners preferences to form priority services to develop
• You’ll help coordinate the commercial side of our service development team (e.g commercial opportunity, pricing, regulatory environment).
• You’ll help make business cases for identified opportunities
• You’ll help track and report on selected key initiatives in the business

Because we are a fast growing startup with big plans to extend and adapt our platform, accountabilities may change over time. Changes will be made after consultation with the job holder.

Were open to lots of different backgrounds but you will need:

• Experience in analysing information and distilling business insights to a high standard of accuracy
• Experience in working with a diverse range of stakeholders to get initiatives delivered for the business
• German native language skills
