What You’ll Work On

  • Lead and own the Forecasting optimum process for Fitbit International
  • Support the regular Forecasting process for Fitbit International
  • Make recommendation on prioritization / allocation of stock based on customer and product profitability analysis
  • Work with Sales and Marketing to analyze Sales Out data, Promotional activity, and Market trends to ensure these are reflected in the Forecast and Demand plans and sufficient stock is available to cover
  • Manage the Lifecycle Planning interactions on behalf of Fitbit International
  • Support the International Commercial Operations Director as the lead for all aspects of Forecasting and Demand Generation, proactively engaging with Sales, Marketing and Operations to ensure alignment of supply & demand for all sku's across all regions
  • Review and optimize current Supply & Demand Systems and processes
  • Work with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure the effective management of EOL products during range changes to ensure scrappage and obsolescence is minimized
  • Ensure demand planning / forecasting is reflective of standard, seasonal and promotional stock requirements in the short, medium and long-term
  • Work collaboratively and partner with key cross-functional teams (Operations, Sales, Lifecyle planning and logistics, Customer Service) to deliver our key business objectives
  • Work with the International Commercial Operations Director to support moving more supply relationships with customers to a direct model
  • Work with the International Commercial Operations Director to support entry into new markets
  • Support International Commercial Operations Director via this role to have a positive impact on Customer Scorecards

Required Skills

  • Data led, with strong analytic and numeracy skills
  • 8+ years in a similar role
  • Experience in supporting Operational functions, with a strong understanding of the Supply Chain model and Demand Generation
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the importance of effective management of Forecast and into the Supply & Demand Model on a company's cash flow and profitability
  • Highly resourceful and collaborative working with Global teams
  • Commercial/Sales performance drive
  • Passionate, fearless and friendly
  • Willing and determined to dig deep, innovate and drive brilliant execution
  • Manage in a matrix organization
