Alea is growing fast, that’s why we are looking for a Fraud & Payment Agent in order to support the F&P Department in the day-today operations of our online Casino.
What you will do:
- You will handle the validation process of our players documentation, according with the KYC process.
- You will be in contact with the Player Satisfaction Department, solving issues related to the players documentation.
- You will support the withdraw validation process.
- You have 2-3 years’ F&P experience with international payments environment
- Attention to details is your first quality;
- You are autonomous and proactive;
- You speak Spanish & English fluently.
