The Client Services team is responsible for managing the growth and success of MakeMeReach's customers. This team includes Account Managers, Technical Account Managers and Support Engineers. Together, they help advertisers achieve their goals and better understand the ever-growing suite of solutions that offer Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and other digital platforms.

As Senior Key Account Manager for the French market, you will manage a portfolio composed of clients ranging from top-tier media agencies to high growth startups. In order to manage those clients efficiently, you will need to quickly develop an outstanding knowledge of the platform, and of the latest advertising features available on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. Having experience as a social media buyer is a requisite for this role.
Your ability to speak French fluently, as well as English will allow you to solve clients’ issues and answer questions related to campaign planning and management. Your knowledge of Facebook, Instagram and Twitter advertising will help you efficiently identify clients’ needs. You will also leverage your ability to elaborate strategic documents and understand technical issues to provide clients with high quality, ad hoc support.

We're looking for candidates having experience in Mobile User Acquisition, Traffic Management, Acquisition, SEM. A strong startup and agency background is also recommended to apply for this position.
