What responsibilities will you get when working with us?

• You will productionalize, maintain and document existing services and data pipelines
• You will design, implement batch, near time and real-time data processing pipelines
• You will communicate with different teams regarding coding consistency and data availability
• You will write documentation for your scripts as well as for internal knowledge sharing
• You will proactively make suggestions on how the team can leverage new technologies and architectures to improve the performance of our data platform

What will you need to be successful in this role?

• You have at least 2 to 4 years of development experience, with a year or more being in Python
• You feel at home on the command line in Linux based operating systems
• You are comfortable writing SQL and working with relational databases
• You have experience developing REST/Web APIs
• You have experience with unit testing and a unit testing framework
• You have experience using version control tools to develop a collaborative project
• You have been exposed to AWS ecosystem
• You have already worked with one of Jenkins, Airflow, Luigi
• You have excellent english communication skills
• You are curious and always strive for learning
• Nice to have good knowledge of another programming language besides Python: Java, Bash, JavaScript, etc.
