• Proven experience developing production applications in Ruby
• Interest in or even better previous experience working with a functional language like Elixir
• Proactivity and attention to scalability, performance, availability and usability of our systems
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile startup environment,
• Bonus: Javascript and other frontend technologies/frameworks is desirable
• Bonus: Experience monitoring and troubleshooting system performance
