We are looking for an exceptional Service Operations Manager to support our growing sales activity in the UK and Ireland. Youre somebody who empowers the team to succeed and creates a strong sales strategy, backed up by robust processes and strong analytics to help you on decision-making.

Through your role, you will:

  • Create automation tools to streamline and simplify business processes
  • Explore alternative software to enhance the sales activity
  • Build strong processes to back-up the sales activity
  • Create regular BI reporting, providing detailed visibility of the full KPI stack
  • Identify and track customer behaviour through core marketing, product & sales data analysis
  • Create and automate dashboards and reporting to provide regular monthly/quarterly reporting to the sales and marketing organisation
  • Build and own sales processes and work on their constant optimisation
  • Manage a sales team of 6 people and a network of different business partners (from contact centres to platform solutions)
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Working experience in a similar role to this for the last 12 months
  • A motivated self-starter who has a demonstrable “off the scale” passion for solving problems that combine data, sales, finance and technology
  • Analytics experience that spans customer insights, business reporting, management information and ideally Sales and Marketing
  • You’re comfortable defining and reporting on metrics that allow others to manage the performance of their business
  • Are entrepreneurial in your approach, taking a Hands-on stance and having the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-growing start-up
  • Are able to juggle multiple projects and tasks concurrently, working on large, complex projects at the same time as fielding quick-fire tactical initiatives.
