Job description
  • Independently execute daily service work in field, such as programming & startup of software products, regular maintenance & troubleshooting.  Prepare, organize, execute and follow up customer’s training as well as trainings of other technicians.  Proactively share know-how with other colleagues and provide support & guidance to newcomers during their adaptation process if requested.  According to customer needs, received orders and in line with internal standards & processes, provide high quality of support to customers in agreed schedule and high quality.  Responsible for complete project handling, from project startup to completing final installations and functionality check.  Take active care and further develop professional relationship with customers.  Actively daily cooperate and timely communicate with Sales teams and Project teams to ensure proper information flow and maximizing customer satisfaction.  Timely and completely plan and report all own activities and data in line with internal standards via dedicated CRM system.  Share know-how with other team members and support other technicians when required.  Keep high level of utilization and efficiency of own work.  Follow and execute IMS policy, objectives, processes and programs, particularly those linked to the job performed, actively monitor changes in these standards in order to maintain up-to-date knowledge of the processes.  Act fully in line with Business Code of Practice, The Way We do Things standards, OH&S rules and other internal standards as well as legal regulations relevant for the job performed.  Take full responsibility and ownership of own professional development and actively participate on development activities in line with set development plan.  Execute other job related activities assigned by reporting manager or Business Line Manager.
Experience requirements
Languages: Czech, level: fluent + English, level: upper-intermediate  IT/Windows administration experience  Independent, self-managed, success-motivated person with can-do approach  Technical thinking and drive to learn and develop  Preferred: Databases (SQL), programming languages (C# or similar), web programming skills would be an advantage, not required

Educational requirements
min. secondary school + graduation, technical education necessary

Proactivity, flexibility and good communication skills Ability to plan & prioritize own work efficiently and work under pressure Team-player, basic leadership & organizing skills Ability and willingness to work home-based Driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area (travelling 30% of work time on the beggining, later less)
