- Independently execute daily service work in field, such as programming & startup of software products, regular maintenance & troubleshooting. Prepare, organize, execute and follow up customer’s training as well as trainings of other technicians. Proactively share know-how with other colleagues and provide support & guidance to newcomers during their adaptation process if requested. According to customer needs, received orders and in line with internal standards & processes, provide high quality of support to customers in agreed schedule and high quality. Responsible for complete project handling, from project startup to completing final installations and functionality check. Take active care and further develop professional relationship with customers. Actively daily cooperate and timely communicate with Sales teams and Project teams to ensure proper information flow and maximizing customer satisfaction. Timely and completely plan and report all own activities and data in line with internal standards via dedicated CRM system. Share know-how with other team members and support other technicians when required. Keep high level of utilization and efficiency of own work. Follow and execute IMS policy, objectives, processes and programs, particularly those linked to the job performed, actively monitor changes in these standards in order to maintain up-to-date knowledge of the processes. Act fully in line with Business Code of Practice, The Way We do Things standards, OH&S rules and other internal standards as well as legal regulations relevant for the job performed. Take full responsibility and ownership of own professional development and actively participate on development activities in line with set development plan. Execute other job related activities assigned by reporting manager or Business Line Manager.
Czech, level: fluent + English, level: upper-intermediate IT/Windows administration experience Independent, self-managed, success-motivated person with can-do approach Technical thinking and drive to learn and develop Preferred: Databases (SQL), programming languages (C# or similar), web programming skills would be an advantage, not required
min. secondary school + graduation, technical education necessary
