As a Solutions Engineer you will join one of our core product teams on a mission of supporting growth and providing self-service solutions for other departments.

Responsibilities
----------------

• Support non-tech teams and departments (first of all Marketing and Expansion) in using relevant parts of our system as well as 3rd party services that we integrate with
• Participate in decision making and help transforming requirements into tech specifications for new and existing integrations
• Develop and support self-service tools that enable other departments and minimize direct interactions with the Tech Team
• Build new monitoring tools and use existing ones to spot and react quickly to any issues and irregularities with key integrations

Requirements
------------

• Technical education
• 2+ years of relevant full-time experience
• Strong frontend skills (JavaScript, CSS)
• Strong scripting abilities (Python, Bash)
• Solid knowledge of SQL
• Experience with backend development (Java, Node.js)
• Equally good communication skills with technical and non-technical people
• Patience and ability to self-organize
• Knack for investigations
• Experience with managing expectations of multiple internal stakeholders
• Good spoken and written English

• Experience with Vue.js
• Experience with marketing services (Adjust, Braze, Remerge, Singular, Branch)
• Experience with payment gateways (Stripe, Adyen, Spreedly)
