What’s The Role?

Were looking for a commercial, capable Sales Consultant to join the Propoly team. We are a Business to Business SaaS platform selling our software to lettings agents across the UK. As a Sales Consultant, you will be part of our initial landing team based in Chiswick London, and your focus will be to bring in new business to Propoly.


Propoly ( is a new innovative technology start-up part owned by Foxtons Plc and Countrywide Plc that aims to help make renting better through its unique agency platform. In a nutshell, the platform is used by letting agents to progress a lettings transaction in an integrated and streamlined way, reducing admin and time in the process.

Think less pen, paper and phone calls, and more beautiful notifications within an activity feed, helping lettings agents save money and time on admin and also make more money through add-ons we provide. The opportunity exists for a talented Sales Consultant to work very closely with the co-founders and help scale the platform to the first 100 clients.


It’s a really exciting time for our business. Propoly helps to change the way agents work and is at the cutting edge of innovation in the lettings sector. You will be in charge of prospecting, reaching out to potential clients, and booking meetings. You will then have a chance to attend meetings, and work closely with founders on the accounts.

Were looking for someone who is hungry to grow, and willing to get stuck in to progress. We will give you all the training and skills you need to succeed in this role. At the same time, we will also expect you to take responsibility, and jump on opportunities to grow the business where you see them. This is a commission-only position with a competitive commission structure.


  • Proven sales experience in B2B, start-up or SaaS sales
  • A reassuring and charming phone manner – you can build rapport and trust with people quickly and effectively with, or without, being face-to-face
  • Incredible persistence and ability to engage with senior level decision makers
  • Youre commercially minded and love working with targets (and over-delivering on them)
  • Youre an inventive, motivated teammate with a competitive spirit
  • Youre a great storyteller with the ability to convince others of the value of implementing Propoly
  • Youre interested in the tech industry (bonus points if you already keenly follow proptech trends)
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Knowledge of the estate agency industry would also be useful
