Capdax is an authorized digital asset exchange that held a successful token generation event in 2018. Founded by Beyond Blocks & Amatus co-founders, Capdax offers a simple, powerful trading environment for beginners and professionals, with fast ordering, intuitive charting tools and real-time order books.
The candidate will work together with the Customer Success Manager to ensure a Capdax experience where our users are well supported with excellent quality, fast response times, and accurate information. They will also maintain social media profiles and online reputation.
- Deep knowledge about the cryptocurrency/blockchain industry
- Experience with CRM tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk) beneficial
- Exceptional written communication
- English native or comparable level
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Applicants can be in Berlin or work remotely
RESPONSIBILITIES
- First level ticket support via Freshdesk
- Social Media Management (Telegram, Twitter, FB)
- Reporting back data in a structured manner to management
- Create a knowledge base for new users
- Ownership of password recovery and KYC/AML processes
- Online reputation management
