We are looking for an exceptional talent manager to lead in the attraction, support, and guidance of prospective apprentices.
- Focused on candidate experience and success
- Coaching and mentoring candidates before interviews and before starting work
- Act in the interest of the candidate at all times
- Data driven
- Know our conversion metrics throughout the candidate funnel and constantly look for ways to improve those metrics. Ensure proper usage of our ATS and other systems to support a data driven approach
- Matching
- Matching candidates to 3+ opportunities with view to achieving yield goals (% candidates who attend assessment centre who have 1+ interviews booked)
- Kick-off Days
- Overseeing our kick-off days for aspiring apprentices
- Finding ways to improve and streamline them so that we can scale the number of candidates attending, without losing the focus on quality
- Preparation of copy for candidate educational resources in conjunction with the marketing team
- Helping in the development of our standardised assessment rating system
- Process Management
- Be on top of processes, driving them forward on the candidate side to increase the effectiveness of our placement
- Work closely with the account management team to get timely feedback on candidates’ performance to improve their interviewing experience
About You
- You are passionate about helping to deliver the best learning opportunities to young people
- You care deeply about candidate experience
- You have a proven track record in achieving outcomes and demonstrating success
- You have previous experience in coaching, mentoring or working with young people
- You ideally have startup experience
- You have very good written and spoken English
- You have high attention to detail
