MarketInvoice, one of the UKs leading Fintechs, are looking for a Talent Sourcer to take control of sourcing and engaging the best world class talent to enable the business growth we are experiencing.


You’ll be joining a small but growing team of experts focused on creating a talent acquisition function that is truly best-in-class. You’ll report directly to Emily. Shes recently joined to lead the tech recruiting charge.

In this role, you’ll find the best ways to source world-class talent to join us on our mission of putting business finance back on the side of entrepreneurs. You’ll have a lasting impact on the DNA of MarketInvoice, recruiting across the entire business from sales and marketing to data science and engineering.


As a Talent Sourcer, you’ll source, screen and engage the best and brightest talent in the market. You’ll enable MarketInvoice to execute on ambitious growth plans as we invest in people across every facet of the business. We believe that people are the beating heart of any successful business. You’ll need to feel the same way.

Using your your Boolean wizardry and in-house/agency experience, you’ll source the top talent needed to propel MarketInvoice forward. You’ll seek out high performers who share our values and who, like you, want to do their best work here.

You’ll work closely with the lovely Talent Team and will receive 1:1 coaching yourself from our Talent Acquisition Managers. Leveraging this with your current capabilities, you’ll become the company sourcing expert in the business (and market). You will be brilliant at proactively headhunting suitable candidates through all available channels and via all possible methods.

In this role, you’ll need to be detailed, organised, both reflective and forward thinking. Working with senior stakeholders, you’ll deliver recruitment market intelligence, managed Talent Pools and over the horizon recruitment delivery.

You’re already technically adept but we’ll make sure we satisfy your thirst for knowledge and developing new skills. There will always be something to learn here, from throwing up a landing page to building a journey in a marketing automation tool.

The talent communities you build will be carefully curated and engaged. You’ll provide real value to them, just as you provide value to your team and MarketInvoice as a whole.
