Job Description

You will support the Retail Manager by tracking and monitoring unit KPI's and will drive sales by motivating our employees through the use of incentives, recognition and identifying coaching requirements.

Role Requirements

Must have previous experience of working within a team at team leader level or equivalent. Have previous retail experience. Proven communication skills specifically around delivering energetic team briefings and the ability to build working relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Role model the Picsolve selling model - leading by example. Carry out regular unit and till checks and internal mystery shops. Deliver motivational and educational start-up meetings to the team, ensuring they have appropriate levels of information such as daily targets and unit assignments. Support the Retail Manager in the implementation and compliance of operational policies and procedures which are specific to the site.
