We are looking for an enthusiastic Recruiter to help our team grow. Working closely with the Talent & Development Director, you will be responsible of coordinating the recruitment process, from the beginning to the end.

About the role:
Own the entire recruitment process (Beginning to end) from detecting the team’s hiring needs to conducting reference checks, offers and On-boarding.
Manage different recruitment accounts, moderating them and creating relevant content
Manage the ATS and interactions with hiring managers
Keep the KPIs up to day and present them to the team.
Partner with hiring managers. You will guide them through the hiring process and work together to hire the best talent.
Proactively explore sourcing channels to find and contact passive talents.
Ensure candidates have the best recruiting experience possible by optimizing processes and implementing suggestions according to feedback from candidates.
Assist with the organization of meetups and job fairs
Create and own the Employer Branding strategy
Support the Talent & Development director with general projects and tasks of the team
About you:
+2 years of experience in a recruitment role, preferably in a tech startup
High level of English & Spanish
Good communication skills
Team player and also ability to work independently
Previous experience with general HR or admin tasks (a plus)
Eager to learn, try new things and propose ideas (think outside the box)
Previous experience with any ATS & diverse recruitment sources
Curious, creative, positive and proactive
Willing to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
