Taxifys has very ambitious hiring plans as we are searching for great talent around the world from Europe to Africa to Mexico. We are already hiring in over 25 countries while actively expanding to new territories. Now we are looking for a strong Recruiter to support our growth and to help us build amazing teams.

What youll be doing:

• Managing full-cycle recruiting process for a number of international openings
• Working closely with hiring managers to understand the position, team needs, culture and values
• Actively sourcing, interviewing and selecting exceptional talent
• Working on technical and niche roles
• Representing Taxify professionally and warmly as the first point of contact
• Providing an amazing candidates experience every time
• Contributing ideas to improve our processes, employer brand and hiring strategy

• Bachelors Degree
• +2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency or in house
• Great communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong online candidate sourcing skills
• Knowledge of key modern social media and recruiting channels
• Experience closing senior-level candidates and negotiating offer terms
• Ability to deliver challenging recruiting projects on time while maintaining high standards
• Startup mindset and a hunger to achieve great results
