Lodgify is looking for a Technical Writer with the following attributes:

• Experience owning an end-to-end documentation creation process
• Demonstrated ability to refine internal and third party knowledge into short, action-based documentation which is trivial to follow
• Experience owning documentation tool selection, maintenance and management (including permissions, standards for submission etc)
• Developer mindset with a demonstrated ability to understand and participate in technical conversations
• Developer-centric attitude. i.e. documentation is not Done until it can be shown that 9/10 developers can follow it to take action within meaningful time (e.g 10-30min of reading)
• Demonstrated ability to run workshops connecting experts to dummies both for education and for information refinement
• Experience with AGILE methodologies working in collaboration with co-workers having different roles and backgrounds

• Ability to organize and write step-by-step instructions in clear, concise English
• Initiative in communicating with others
• Possibility to show some previous digital work
