RESPONSIBILITIES:
Peak Labs is recruiting a User Research Specialist to support the Brand Director and the Product and Content teams.
This hire will develop a deep understanding of our users on the micro and macro level using quantitative and qualitative techniques according to their needs. They will run one-to-one sessions with users to understand their experience of the products we make, to recognise the motivations behind actions and to deep-dive into customer frustrations. They will also operate larger studies with groups of users over longer periods of time to understand brand experience and to get to the bottom of why our customers use our products and what value they get from them.
Owning the full workflow – from recruitment through to testing and reporting – this person will add value to the business from day one, increasing our understanding of our most valuable asset: our customers. The ideal candidate will be obsessed by user behaviour and have experience running small and medium sized studies. They will be detail oriented, a strong communicator and have demonstrable knowledge of the latest methodologies of user research.
