- Communicate with users online and offline and ensure were building the best product to serve their needs.

- Escalate problems and user feedback to help improving the app and our services.

- Work closely with our product, design, and engineering teams.

- Role includes working on various products like Pass and Cities.

Be a Citymapper expert

Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas

Fluency in other languages is a plus
