  • Collaborate with design and product teams across 5 mobile and web products to help better understand customer, courier and store partner behaviours and motivations
  • Plan, organize, and host group testing sessions and interviews
  • Synthesize qualitative and mixed methods - interviews, surveys, online platform tools, focus groups, review analysis, ethnographic studies - into well-founded conclusions and proposals
  • Guide the evolution of our UX approach by translating your research insights into actionable recommendations
  • Communicate and document findings and recommendations written or presentation style to peers and stakeholders
  • Evangelize good UX research methods and mentor peers in best practices


  • University Degree and some study in UX
  • 3+ years of relevant full-time experience in a consumer company or research space
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Spanish
  • Experience with mobile and web products and the portfolio to match
  • Comfort with conducting survey research, survey design, sampling and analysis
  • Practical experience with 1-1 interviews, focus group mediation, participation incentives, UI design and usability testing
