The most dynamic venue finding service in the events industry needs a customer service superstar to build relationships with London’s leading event production companies while developing our newest product. As our venue expert, you feel the satisfaction of matching an event with its perfect venue while simultaneously helping our venues build their businesses. Come and fulfil your potential at an organisation with a standout culture based in Holborn’s coolest building.
Working with the co-founders, Customer Success Manager and Marketing Manager, you will be an instrumental member of the team, helping Canvas to develop its new service offering. You will be responsible for testing, learning and helping us to develop a completely new venue product. To our event production customers you will be the ‘voice of the company’ helping match their brief to the perfect venue.
Alongside developing the product, you will also have a unique opportunity to learn and manage an exclusive ‘hidden gem’ location, one of the most unique spaces in Clerkenwell. As the venue coordinator for this location, you will be provided with training and support to eventually become responsible for managing the marketing and management of the venue. It’s a unique opportunity to take ownership of a location steeped in history, and with previous events ranging from immersive theatre, Clerkenwell Design Week to gaming launches and quirky conferences.
