We collect each order from the place of business, create a custom box for every single item, lower shipping costs and offer peace of mind for deliveries all over the world. We offer the only e-commerce fulfilment solution made exclusively for small businesses.

The Role

What does it mean to be a Weengs Packer? You are ready to take on the responsibility of customer’s shipments into your hands. It’s up to you and your acquired packing skills to efficiently and safely pack orders ranging from t-shirts to fine-art to valentine’s flower bouquets, all while giving the recipient a “wow” unboxing experience. Other tasks include overall warehouse responsibilities like keeping the packing floor tidy and machine maintenance, anything to keep the operation running smoothly.

• Hungry and self-motivated for growth and improvement
• Full time availability with flexibility to work on evening shifts and (seldom) on Saturdays
• Highly organised and unbelievable attention to detail
• Quick learner, quick worker
• Excellent communicator and team player
• Previous packaging and shipping experience is ideal but not essential

• 40-hour/week contract, Monday-Friday with the occasional evening and Saturday
• Starting salary £17,500 per annum
• Salary increase & bonus scheme based on performance on successful completion of probation
• Company lunch Fridays & snacks
